Jim Paice MP, Shadow Minister for Agriculture and Rural Affairs attended the Devon Show.
At the show Jim outlined radical plans for rural housing which will, among other things allow the creation of entirely new bodies – Local Housing Trusts – with new freedom to develop homes for local people, as long as there is strong community backing.
